Emerging businesses shine at the FOR-M Founder Showcase

At the July 9 FOR-M Founder Showcase, held at Wantable Café in Milwaukee, six early-stage entrepreneurs received a boost to grow their emerging tech businesses. The MKE Tech Hub awarded $10,000 grants to six graduates of the FOR-M program, a free, community-driven initiative designed to help new founders develop and launch their startup ideas.

The showcase gave program graduates a chance to meet with attendees, share their startup journeys, and pitch their ventures—three of which were selected by audience vote for a live presentation. The companies selected were Avistar.ai founded by Ivan Rahman, CLA 360 founded by Felix Frimpong and audience favorite, Eventini, founded by Jesus O. Gonzalez.

The evening highlighted the growing momentum behind Milwaukee’s tech ecosystem and FOR-M’s evolving role in supporting it. Applications are now open for the next FOR-M cohort.

Below are the six FOR-M graduates who received grant funding to help scale their startups:

Amicus Lux (Icebreaker): Icebreaker is an AI-powered social app that helps young adults form meaningful friendships by matching them in small groups and curating personalized meet-up spots founded by Ganesh Uppalapu, Marko Protic, and Rohan Grover.

GenerAlt Solutions : GenerAIt Solutions equips environmental consulting firms with customized AI agents to streamline workflows and automate report writing founded by Marco Fiorante.

LawLM: LawLM provides LLM-powered software designed to streamline legal workflows, enhance attorney productivity, and reduce client costs. Its flagship product includes a deposition summarizer and a RAG-enabled chatbot that organizes testimony, identifies evidentiary gaps, and generates strategic questions founded by Michael Aiken and Derek Riley.

Source-Right : Source-Right offers an AI-powered chatbot that supports individuals and caregivers navigating disability or chronic conditions by providing personalized guidance, community-driven insights, and data-backed solutions founded by Nita Ambedkar.

Tailwind Engineering (Untangle): Tailwind Engineering’s Untangle is a personalized digital productivity coach powered by AI. It learns user patterns to intelligently manage tasks, habits, and projects founded by Andrew Moore and Aziz Javed.

Xena Medical Technologies : Xena Medical is developing an AI-powered, user-friendly automated pill dispenser to improve medication adherence, reduce errors, and support preventive, patient-centered care at home founded by Fadi Hussein.
