Amruth Group positioned for growth in 2025

Milwaukee-based Amruth Group, a startup making waves in the skincare industry, is gearing up for an exciting 2025. Building on the success of its anti-aging facial cream, the company is planning to expand its product line, explore new patent opportunities, and open a funding round to fuel its growth.

At the heart of Amruth Group’s innovation is its patented bio-dendrimer, a polymer developed by co-founder and biopharmaceutical scientist Dr. Abhay Chauhan.

This technology enables resveratrol—an organic compound found in red grapes known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and collagen-stimulating properties—to remain soluble and potent in skincare formulations. According to Dr. Chauhan, this breakthrough represents a significant leap in skincare technology.

Co-founder and CTO Jayson Kurfis highlighted the versatility of the bio-dendrimer.

“It has viability in so many different clinical applications within skin care and healthcare in general. At its core, it is a delivery tool; in this case, it delivers a particular chemical to an area of the skin as needed. That has brought a significant amount of potential interest from a lot of different players,” Kurfis said.

The company, which operates out of the Technology Innovation Center at Milwaukee County Research Park, has seen consistent month-to-month growth in product sales since the launch of its first product. Its operations are supported by two grants from the Medical College of Wisconsin and an angel investment from CU Ventures, along with founder investments.

Looking ahead, CEO Mike Reilly expressed optimism about Amruth Group’s trajectory.

“On behalf of our investors and ourselves, we’re filing more patents. Our new patents go beyond resveratrol. We are building off the bio-dendrimer with resveratrol, but the new patents will focus on the bio-dendrimer with other active agents,” Reilly explained.

Amruth Group, founded in 2019, manufactures its products in Illinois. The planned product line expansion will focus on more resveratrol-based anti-aging solutions, tapping into a growing demand for innovative, science-backed skincare products.

As the company moves into 2025, its combination of cutting-edge technology, steady sales growth, and strategic plans for intellectual property and funding positions Amruth Group as a key player in the biotechnology and skincare industries.
