Wisconsin Startup Coalition and the MKE Tech Hub Coalition partnered to provide a bus tour of three Milwaukee startup businesses. The festivities started at Zywave‘s Wauwatosa headquarters. Matt Cordio filled the double-decker bus with members of the Milwaukee startup ecosystem and headed to Ideawake. The SaaS company is headquartered in Downtown Milwaukee. Healthcare innovators from the region gathered at Wantable Cafe on Wednesday night for the Healthcare Innovation Pitch Contest. The popular MKE Tech Week event featured nine companies vying for $50,000 in cash prizes and membership in Milwaukee Venture Partners.
